– To get rid of the lines on your forehead, squeeze your face in a way that brings your eyebrows and eyes almost together. Immediately do the opposite and stretch as far as possible. Try these movements six times.
– To lift your cheek muscles, give a smile with your lips closed. While in that position, suck in your cheeks as far as possible and remain like that for ten seconds. Repeat this five times.
– To tighten a sagging neck, place your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Facing the ceiling, proceed to smile and swallow between a 30-60 seconds interval.
– To lift the folds on the nose, smile widely and place the tips of your fingers in the fold between the mouth and nose. Try to lift the muscles with your fingers while also pressing down on the skin. Do this five times for 30 seconds.
Pulling or tugging on the skin will not make the exercise work faster. It is also advisable to perform this work out at the same time every day. You can do this before your morning skincareroutine.
